The General Council of INE, in accordance with the Agreement INE/CG1618/2021, approves and addresses the public notice to the international community interested to arrange their accreditation as foreign visitor in order to learn and to be informed about the the 2021 Extraordinary election for a simple majority Senate seat in the State of Nayarit that will take place on December 5, 2021
